AAC Block / Panel Mortars
KIB motar fix is well formulated factory made ready to use polymerized Dry mix Block joint motar which can be used for laying AAC Blocks, and other types of light weigh blocks, and other types of lightweight blocks. It is a high quality water resistant thin Bed mortar specially formulated after extensive research and studies. It is predominantly manufactured for replacement of traditional / conventional site - mixed cement sand mortar and block joint thin set adhesive. KIB mortar Fix is also user-friendly that joint AAC / Lightweight Blocks can be done with speed and efficiency.
KIB Fix is ready to use by just adding required quantity of water to it at site to achieve and easily applied mortar giving a strong and durable joints of 2mm to 3mm. It is convenient to use and the work place remains neat, clean and hygienic at the time of execution of masonry work at site.

Dry mix mortar is a well-mixed blend of various raw materials and is supplied as a ready mix in suitable packs avoiding unused remainders. KIB has developed dry mortar products suitable for practically all demands, such as:

Main components
Dry sand preferred with wide particle size distribution (silt < 5 %), limestone powder (fine crushed limestone CaCO3 ), AAC hard scrap
Binders
Cement (Portland cement, various qualities), white cement, hydrated lime, gypsum (requires separate handling)
Additives
• methyl-cellulose
• air-entraining additives
• synthetic resin
• hydrophobing agents improve adhesion, workability, abrasion strength, water retention, bending tension strength, frost resistance, etc.
